Q. Can I scan books at the library?

Yes, the library has flatbed and document feeder scanners attached to printers. These are best for loose pages or scanning/copying a single page. The library also has a dedicated book scanner. This is currently located on the table across from the microfilm machine, next to the windows facing TKE and Williston. A staff member at the circulation desk can show you how to use any of these machines. It is up to the patron to ensure they are not violating copyright when scanning materials. You need Knox credentials (including a working Knox email address) in order to sign in and use the equipment.
