Q. How do I get an article using the interlibrary loan service (Tipasa)?
Steps to Request a Journal Article
- Search for the article in Knox Primo. If you are searching in an article database, click on the purple Find It button or link to open in a new tab with the citation in Knox Primo. Make sure you are logged in to Knox Primo.
- In the How to Get It section, click on the link to "Request article via Tipasa interlibrary loan service."
- The Tipasa request form displays. Fill in all required information and click the Submit Request button when finished.
The request has been submitted. Usually, article requests are filled in 1-2 days. You will get an email notification with a link and password to download the article.
