Q. How do I get an article using the interlibrary loan service (Tipasa)?

Steps to Request a Journal Article

  1. Search for the article in Knox Primo. If you are searching in an article database, click on the purple Find It button or link to open in a new tab with the citation in Knox Primo.  Make sure you are logged in to Knox Primo.
  2. In the How to Get It section, click on the link to "Request article via Tipasa interlibrary loan service."
  3. The Tipasa request form displays. Fill in all required information and click the Submit Request button when finished.

The request has been submitted. Usually, article requests are filled in 1-2 days. You will get an email notification with a link and password to download the article.
