Q. How do I get an article using the interlibrary loan service (Tipasa)?

Steps to Request a Journal Article

  1. If you are searching in an article database, click on the purple Find It button or link.
  2. Knox Primo opens in a new tab with the citation to your article. 
  3. Sign into Knox Primo.
  4. In the How to Get It section, click on the link to "Request article via Tipasa interlibrary loan service."
  5. The Tipasa request form displays. Fill in all required information and click the Submit Request button when finished.

The request has been submitted. Usually, article requests are filled in 1-2 days. You will get an email notification with a link and password to download the article.
