Q. How long does it take for my book to arrive from an I-Share library, and how will I know when it arrives?
I-Share requests arrive, on average, in about 5 days, however deliveries are only made Monday through Friday.
An email message is generated after the item has been processed and is sent to your Knox email address. You may check the status of your I-Share requests by logging into Knox Primo: click on your name in the upper right to display a menu and select "My Requests".
